Christy’s Hats Case Study

I was approached by the marketing director Hannah Gunn at Christy’s at the start of a re-branding project. She needed classic studio product photography, lifestyle branding images (and video) for their print and web brochures, events signage, social headers and feeds. Product photography was done at my studio. I conducted a site visit to scope locations and lighting requirements. There were two attended one-day shoots with Hannah directing - one for photography and one for video. The biggest challenge with the location shoots was lighting in an industrial setting. Hannah wanted video and images that convey the traditional , high quality, hand made in the UK nature of Christy’s Hats.
